the location was convenient, a short walk from haymarket station. i appreciated the friendly staff who were very helpful with directions. the lighting in the bar area created a relaxed atmosphere.
the room lacked proper curtains or blinds. i found some hairs on the bedsheets , suggesting a slight lapse in cleaning. there was some confusion regarding baggage storage fees , as i was initially told it was a free service.

the hotel felt very clean. staff members were very friendly and accommodating. i really appreciated the care and thought evident in hotel details. the room was very comfortable (i especially liked the soft pillows).
i found street noise a bit disruptive at night, as the room faced a busy cobbled street, and the traffic was constant.

Location was very good, especially for travelers. It was an easy walk to Haymarket train and also tram station. The staff was really good and very helpful, I appreciate it. Care and also thought were clearly put into the hotel details, and the room was very comfortable.
The bathroom finish looked messy. The black grouting in particular did not look very neat. I think more attention on small details such the grout would improve guest experience.

The staff helped me take my bags to the second floor room. The location near Haymarket station proved useful and the city trams were close. The shower had adequate heating and produced plenty of hot water..
The noise from cars on the cobblestones at the front of the hotel was pretty loud, especially with the window open.
